She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rawlins and Mary Rawlins (Stewart); and her sister Patricia Lohr. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Pelfrey; her children, Johnathan Pelfrey (Emma) of St. Paris, Courtney Pelfrey of Upper Sandusky, Veronica Hapner (Skyler) of Upper Sandusky and Maryann Randolph (Jared) of Upper Sandusky; her grandchildren, James, Jeremiah, Jacob Pelfrey, Olivia Hapner, Kiarie, Malaya Williams and Zaria Randolph; and her siblings, James Rawlins (Paula) of Salem, Diane Young (Larry) of Bucyrus and Pamela Butler (Earl) of Oceola. She is also survived by her family and so many wonderful friends.
