He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer L. Hall and Dorothy E. Hall (Yeater). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Keller; and his sister Shirley Marquis of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bringman Clark Funeral Home (226 E Wyandot Ave, Upper Sandusky, OH 43351). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the First Lutheran Church (601 N Sandusky Ave, Upper Sandusky, OH 43351).
