He was predeceased by: his parents, Omar "Joe" Hawk and Gertrude Hawk (Deal); his daughter Lisa Hawk; and his siblings, Maxine Alban and Darold "Sparky" Hawk.
He is survived by: his wife Susanne "Susie" White. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
