He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Baker and Mary Baker (Keckler); and his sister-in-law Janice Rogers (Walton). He is survived by: his wife Carmen Walton (Walton); his children, Shannon Wellin (Michael) and Chad Baker (Christina); his grandchildren, Anna Wellin, Luke Wellin, Lauren Baker and Caroline Baker; his sister Patricia Fintel; and his sister-in-law Lynn Walton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
