He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Mary Ellen Wickham (Calmes); his wife Dolores Ann Dunlap; and his sister Laura Jean Wickham. He is survived by: his brother Anthony Wickham (Caroline); his nephews, Patrick Wickham (Roslyn), Dr Jason Wickham and Kevin Wickham; and his cousins, Terry, Susan McClain, Jack, Connie Newman, Jim and Stephanie Wickham.
