He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertie Van Hoose (Music) and Hobert VanHoose; his brother Thomas; and his nephew Michael. He is survived by: his children, Arlin J. VanHoose, Sr. and Fawn S. Stammen (VanHoose); and his siblings, Millard, Donald, Judy, Hoberta, David and Timothy. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
