Cherie L. Black Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 13, 2026, at the age of 74, Cherie L. Black of Urbana, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron D Jr. Hecker and Barbara J Hecker (Huffman); her brother Mike Hecker Jr.; her nieces, Brooke Sizemore and Brandee Anderson; her nephew Rex A. Hecker Jr. The; and her caregiver Jordan Livingston.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Black (Matt) and Kent Black (Christal); her grandchildren, Camden Campbell, Macie Campbell and Carson Campbell; her siblings, Eric Hecker (Karen), Tina Anderson (Ron), Betsy Siferd and Lisa Hecker; and her sister-in-law Lois Hecker (Edna Hecker). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
