He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Earl and Mary Wray Wight (Baker); his wives, Nellie Charlene Wight (Greenlee) and Audrey Lorena Wight (Adkins); his brothers, Melvin William Wight and Dale Dean Wight (Betty); and his stepson Leean James Adkins.
He is survived by: his children, William Wight (Rosemary), Mary Helen Wight, Donald Wight (Emily) and Roderick Wight; his stepchildren, Leeona Wiseman (Richard) and Deborah Burks (Donnie); his grandchildren, Melinda Monteith (Doug), Abby Wight (Jonathan Schouwstra) and Benjamin Wight (Brenna); and his great grandchildren, Ashley Monteith Clark, Kelsey Monteith and Mercy Jo Wight Schouwstra.
