He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Wheelbarger and Ethel Wheelbarger (Baker); his wife Judy Wheelbarger (O'Dell); and his sister Jeanne Sheets (Wheelbarger). He is survived by: his children, Jody Rooney (Keith) and Jeffrey Wheelbarger (Lisa); his grandchildren, Adam Wheelbarger, Jaron Wheelbarger, Emily Wheelbarger, Austin Rooney (Mattie), Kyle Rooney and Jessica Rooney; his nieces, Dawn, Anna and Kristina; and his nephew Chuck.
