She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Bartruff and Martha Bartruff (Kingery); her husband Leroy Spence; and her siblings, Doris Zurface, Phyliss Bartruff and John R. Bartruff.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Renander (Dennis) of Beavercreek, Brenda Lutz (Terry) of Urbana, Rhonda Spence of North Lewisburg, James Spence of Jamestown, Martha Spence of Urbana, Kimberly Heppard of Urbana and Karla Mondesir (Will) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Michelle L. Lutz of Urbana, Chad M. Lutz (Sarah) of Urbana, Jordan R. Heppard Indian (Casie), Jenna N. Alig (Bob) of Indian Lake, Brent L. Laughman (Donna) of Gallion, Taylor B. Huffman of Urbana, Lindsay Anspach Rushylvania (Chase) and Ethan S. Brim of Kenton; and her sister Sondra Bartruff of Xenia. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, several extended family members and friends.
