We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2026, at the age of 55, Lynna Jean Thornhill (Urbana, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Lynna shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lynna farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her sister Laura; her father Lawrence; and her stepfather Todd Weatherhead. She is survived by: her mother Sally Weatherhead; her sisters, Anita Esposito (Richard), Tina Thornhill (Nikki Baker) and Karen Deyo (Ron); and her stepsister Rose Ray. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and favorite nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Vernon Funeral Home (235 Miami St, Urbana, OH 43078). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Forever Home Feline Ranch or American Diabetes Association are encouraged.
