He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lowell Harvey and Betty Lou Harvey (Downs). He is survived by: his sister Paula Harvey Barrett (Keith); his children, Gretchen Harvey Lapp (Jason) and Gregory Lowell Harvey (Jennifer); and his grandsons, Riggs Daniel Lapp, Bayes Lowell Lapp, Mills Banion Lapp, Finnegan Lowell Harvey and Xander Kizer.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Vernon Funeral Home (235 Miami St, Urbana, OH 43078). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
