It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred Addessa Stokes of Urbana, Ohio, who passed away on August 28, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leah Mae (Stewart) and Bennett "Benny" Erwin; her husband Harry Stokes; her siblings, Shirley Wheeler and Jack Erwin; her sons-in-law, Ron Loveless and Dan Everman; and her brothers-in-law, Don Wheeler and Bob Hensley.
She is survived by: her children, James "Jimmy" J. Mayo (Susie), Robin Ferryman (Larry), Cynthia Everman, Amy Loveless and Carrie Schaefer (Jim); her stepchildren, Gary Stokes, Chris Stokes (Teresa), Randy Stokes and Teresa Sachs (Larry); her siblings, Richard Erwin (Becky), Patricia Paul, Rebecca Blanton (Harold), Donnah Hensley and Vicki Goltzene (Craig); and her close friend Margit Gustavsson. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren; one great great grandson.
