He was predeceased by: his parents, William Baxter Bailey and Vernice Ann Bailey (Sizemore); his brother William Bailey II; his brother-in-law Howard McCormick; and his grandfathers, Marshall Sizemore (Adria) and Albert Bailey (Hazel).
He is survived by: his sisters, Sherry Roberts (Bob), Linda McCormick (Howard), Barb Gallimore (Chris) and Tina Salyer (Rick). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Vernon Funeral Home (235 Miami St, Urbana, OH 43078). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the donor's favorite charity.
