He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Irma M Rice (Herman); and his siblings, Terry Rice, Danny Jay Rice, Bill Rice, Ronnie Eugene, Connie Rice, Lisa Spittler and Donna Jean Rice.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Rice; his children, Billy Rice (Amber), Roberta Rice, Shelly Rice, Jenny Mae Benson (Antony), Bobbie Kay Steward (John) and Janette Rice; his stepchildren, Robert Rice and Dawn Rice; and his siblings, Paster Rice (Gloria), Tony Rice (Norma), Gary Rice (Linda), Rosita Rice, Joanna Rice and Alesia Spittler. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
