He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Russell Fultz and Margaret Pearl Fultz (Neer); his wife Glendine Fultz (Sherman-Tobias); his sons, Ricky Fultz, Steve Tobias and Mark Tobias; his brother Kervin Keith Fultz; his grandson Ryan Tobias; his son-in-law Jeff Anderson; and his brother-in-law Stephen Lee Comer.
He is survived by: his sister Sharon Mae Comer; his stepdaughter Diane Anderson (Jeff); his grandchildren, Lori Fulton (Welch), Nikki Morrow (Danny), Matthew Tobias, Amanda Tobias and Nicole Fultz; his great grandchildren, Chaney, Eli, Hayden, Ryan, Alex, Ryder, Ashton, Kenley, Briella, Nicholas and Gabriel; his great great grandchildren, Mia, Mack, Amiris, Icarus, Wynona, Cameron, Kayson, Elix and Emerson; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly, Joyce, Teresa, Brian Fultz and Kervin Fultz.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Urbana Fire Department or Mechanicsburg Baptist Church or Ohio Valley's Hospice, honoring Roger's lifelong dedication to service and faith.
