She was predeceased by: her parents, John Paul and Betty Markin (Wagner); her daughter Kelly Puckett; her granddaughter Rachelle Puckett; her great grandchild Denver Carson; her siblings, Connie Smith, Jerry Markin and Tom Markin; her niece Cynthia Horsley; her siblings-in-law, Marge Markin and John McAlexander; and her former husbands, Robert Puckett and Carl McCain.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Fuson (Puckett) and Jason McCain; and her sister Barbara McAlexander. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren.
