He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond O'Brien and Catherine O'Brien (Garry); his sister Anne Brugger (Larry); his brothers-in-law, Pat Flanigan and Rocky Teets; and his nephew Dan Flanigan.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Marie O'Brien (Neer); his children, Kelly Grassle (Eric), Karen O'Brien (Steve Mabry) and Tim O'Brien (Diana); his siblings, Terry O'Brien (Joann), Colleen Teets and Sharon Young (Gary); and his sister-in-law Julie Flanigan. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
