He was predeceased by: his parents, William Davis and Amanda Davis (Stambaugh); his wife Flora Davis; his sons, Mike Hauser and Jackie Tackett; his grandson Christopher Allen Crevison; his siblings, James Miller Davis, Mae Davis, Ray Davis (Helen), Arnold Davis (Matilda), Laney Davis (Lily Bell), Ola Schief (Jim), Gladys Davis and Willie; and his brother-in-law Lester Travis.
He is survived by: his children, Phyllis C. Crevison of Urbana, Ohio and James D. Davis of Marysville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jason Kuhn Sr. of Urbana and Brittney Davis of Lansing Michigan; his great grandchildren, Jason Kuhn Jr. and Antonia Kuhn of Franklin, Ohio; and his sisters, Roberta Hutchinson (Gene) and Doris Travis of Lexington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
