He is survived by: his daughters, Karen and Jenny Katie; his significant other Dee; his children, Mark (Laura), Mandi (Donald Mapp) and Krista Beatty; his grandchildren, Hannah Marie, Madison (Austyn Collier), Bentley, Wade, Dominick, Abby Ava (Tanner), Will, Joe, Justin, Beth and Rhett; his brother Mike; and his sibling's children, Melanie, Michael and Rick.
