He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Kelly Kise (Ruth), Kathi Ladd and Shannon Mitchell; his siblings, Bernice Henault (Fred), Roger Kise (Donna) and Larry Kise (Audrey); and his grandchildren, Tyler Ladd (Nichole), Chelsea Rodriguez (Smiley), Clark Ladd (Angela), Siara Mitchell, Skyler Mitchell, Spencer Mitchell (Andi), Levi Kise (Caitlin), Courtney Kise and Chase Kise (Kelly). He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
