He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wallace and Lillian Wallace; his wives, Maxine O'Bannon Bermudez and Donna Jean Wallace; his siblings, John Wallace Jr., James Wallace, Harley Wallace and Ellen Davis; his son Galen Wallace; and his grandson Richard Scales.
He is survived by: his sister Alice Belle; and his children, William Wallace Jr., Vincent Wallace, Wancine Winbush (Thomas), LuWanna Wallace-Simmons, Tyra Wallace, Trina Scales, James Scales and Cheryl Fikes. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren and 1 great- great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
