She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Winfield and Edith Bell Webster (Farmer); her husband Richard "Dick" E. Tiebout; her daughter Vicki L. Tiebout; her grandson Nicolas Allen Tiebout; her brother Bob Webster; and her parents-in-law, Frank Tiebout and Lucille Wertman.
She is survived by: her children, David W. Tiebout (Trish), Patty A. Blake (Sean) and Sherrie K. Scarberry; her grandchildren, Jodi Shaw (Shane), Travis Williams (Sandra Barahona), Jason Scarberry (Whitney), Jarrod Scarberry (Katie), Jamie Macy (Jason), Josh Scarberry (Ashley), Austin Tiebout and Sydnie Tiebout; her great grandchildren, Mikayla Shaw (Nathan Grant), Shayna Shaw, Colton, Preston, Cameron, Peyton Williams, Arian Williams-Barahona, Tracy, Yuver, Jordan Barahona, Logan, Maddy, Emma Scarberry, Adi, Ben Scarberry, Bryson, Brantley Macy, Ryleigh, Raylynn Scarberry, Hudson Scarberry, Austin and Grayson Dodd; and her great great grandchildren, Aspyn, Thatcher Greene and Bexley Grant. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Utica Church of Christ (115 N Central Ave, Utica, OH 43080). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at the South Lawn Cemetery.
