She was predeceased by : her parents, James Reginald McCollum and Olive Ethel McCollum (Green); her husband Walter Herman Mechling; her daughter Cindy Mechling; and her siblings, Preston McCollum, June Bartenschlag, Stanley McCollum, Dean McCollum, Marjorie Billman and Ruth Barber.
She is survived by : her brother Joe McCollum (Janet) of Newark; her children, Bonita Schwenke of Mt. Vernon and Mark Mechling (Sherry) of Utica; her grandchildren, Clark Schwenke (Christina) of Glenmont, Cassandra Byers (Nick) of Fredericktown, Angie Watkins (Rob) of Frazeysburg, Dustin Wilkins (Amanda) of Cable, Lisa Riebesell (Cliff) of St. Louisville and Clint Schwenke (Cassie) of Utica; her great grandchildren, Nicholas (Hannah), Rosie, Autumn, Colton, Savannah, Alexis, Toby, Kaylee, Caylin, Cloey, Christian, Nyah, Cadence of Kenzie, JR, Landon, Chris, Kylie and Bella; and her great great grandchildren, Anna and Zaine. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, and even Great-Great nieces and nephews.
