We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2023, at the age of 77, Anna Mae Owsley of Van Wert, Ohio, born in Hindman, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Allen Risner and Lily Risner (Combs); her husband Woodrow Owsley; and her son Allen Casebolt. She is survived by : her children, Loretta Bailey (Ralph), Benjamin Casebolt of Delphos and Anita Emerson (Ed) of Van Wert; and her stepdaughter Melanie McCoy. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; ten great grand children; and her deceased husband's children and grandchildren.
