She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd McKee and Delori Irene Kohn (Neiferd); her son Richard L. Williams; and her siblings, Larry Don Kohn and Mary Ellen Kohn.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Edwin Williams; her sons, Joel D. Williams (Jennifer) of Hendersonville, TN, Mike Williams (Wendi) of Fort Wayne and Mark Williams (Melissa) of Van Wert; her sister Wanda L. Schaffner of Toledo; and her grandchildren, Ericka Heppeard, Brandon Williams, Caleb Williams, Zachariah Williams, Nathan T. Williams, Kelsey Gehron, Nathan L. Williams, Joshua Williams and Schealissa Baxter.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cowan & Son Funeral Home (616 S Washington St, Van Wert, OH 45891). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Promise Church (1017 S Shannon St, Van Wert, OH 45891).
Preferred memorials are to the Promise Church.
