Cody Motycka Obituary

We bid farewell to Cody Motycka of Van Wert, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 12, 2025 at the age of 33. Cody touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nichole Ann Galyk of Van Wert and Matthew Charles Motycka (Nicole) of Willshire; his spouse Mandi Marie Fisher; his children, Brantley and Emmelee Motycka; the mother of his children Brittany Motycka; his son Neil Fisher; and his grandparents, Philip, Rachel Motycka of Convoy, David Galyk (Linda) of Ottoville and Patricia Galyk of Lima.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cowan & Son Funeral Home (616 S Washington St, Van Wert, OH 45891).
