He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his children, Jordan Conn (Mariah) of Convoy and Alycen Urban (Jordan Wiechart) of Van Wert; his brother Michael Conn (Beth) of Van Wert; and his grandchildren, Owyn, Ayden, Vanessa, Jayne, Sawyer and Sophia.
