She is survived by: her daughter Laurie Smith (Terry); her stepchildren, Michael Paige of Van Wert, Amy Jo Paige of Van Wert, Lisa Paige of Van Wert and Brittany Paige of Richmond, IN; her niece Crystal Adkins (Zachary) of Van Wert; her grandchildren, Alexis Turner of Van Wert, Skylar Blue of Delphos, Amari and Amiah; and her niece Jocelyn Adkins.
