He is survived by: his sons, Denny Cooper of Kansas and Anthony Cooper of Kansas; his siblings, Dianne Foltz of Van Wert and Roy Cooper (Betty) of Van Wert; his grandsons, Dalton Cooper (Shelby), Trevor Cooper, Anthony Cooper (Lindsey), Justin Cooper (Latasha) and Nathan Cooper (Charlie); and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Edward, Elliana Marie, Solara Belle, Jace Lee, Charlize Maxine and Dean.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be directed to a 4-H group of the donor's choice.
