He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Evans and Maude E. Evans (Thatcher); and his daughter Beth Ann Bissonette. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Evans of Middle Point, Debra Lichtensteiger (Thad) of Van Wert, Linda Ihnen (Max) of Fort Wayne, IN and Angela Sizemore (Paul) of Toledo, OH; his grandchildren, Tricia Hughes (Chris), Lexi Murasky (Jon), Drew Myers (Kate), Kirk Lichtensteiger (Allison), Kory Lichtensteiger (Amanda), Luke Lichtensteiger (Kristin), Carly Covarrubias (Rikki), Nikki O'Brien (Bob), Matt Evans (Priscilla) and Derek Bissonette (Anna); and his sister Victoria Mey (Tony Petro). He is also survived by twenty-two great-grandchildren.
Preferred memorials are to the Pentecostal Way Church.
