She is survived by: her children, Rick L. Allen and Nancy J. Muntzinger (Kurt); her stepdaughter Lori J. Goodwin; her sister Peggy Blackmore Parsons (Liz Allen); her grandchildren, Jason Allen (Brittany), Jenny Allen (Paul), David Allen (Heather), Christopher Allen (CJ), Amber Walters, Andrew Berelsman (Sara), Chad Muntzinger (Kim), Kyle Muntzinger (Samara), Coiran, Calum, Adele, Eleanor, Lucy, Coe, Kiedis, Tova and Freya; and her extended family Pam Allen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Donnalee's name may be directed to Everheart Hospice or St. Mark's Lutheran Church.
