He is survived by: his wife Vickie Bly (Watson) of Van Wert; his son Josh Bly (Michelle) of Marysville, Ohio; his stepchildren, Kelly Santaguida (Jeremy) of Powell and Jim Eutsler (Karen) of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Zach, Chloe, Nicole and Christopher; his siblings, Deb Core, Becky Brown (Roger), Tim Bly (Douglas Hartinger), Bill Bly (Kelly Brown), Randy Bly (Brett Zink), Tom Bly (Linda), Michael Bly (John Tombs) and Lisa Bly (Ted Poe); and his brother-in-law David Joseph.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory (722 S Washington St, Van Wert, OH 45891).
