Myers and Kory Knapke of Los Angeles, California; his stepchildren, Pam, Berry Barnard of Columbus, Bobby, Lori Schlosser of Tennessee, Teresa, Mike Staas of Dayton, Tami Kercher of Atlanta, Mark Moonshhower of Ohio City, Lance Moonshower of Van Wert and Tracy Cassel of Celina; his grandsons, Benjamin (Kalyn Knapke), Alexander (Marissa Knapke) and Kenneth (Mckenzie Knapke); and his great grandchildren, Collin and Kendall Knapke.
