He was predeceased by : his parents, Berl Austin and Mary Esther Dunlap (Caris); his wife Bonnie Lou Parks; and his sister Margaret "Peg" Beard. He is survived by : his son Dennis A. Dunlap (Lisa) of Defiance; his grandchildren, Austin Dunlap (Jessica), Aaron Dunlap (Ashlyn), Kara Cooper (Blake) and Daniel Dunlap (Dimare); his son Jeffrey D. Dunlap (MaryAnn) of Van Wert; his grandchildren, Kylie Schroeder (Jake), Britni Dempsey (Josh), Whitni Paige Dunlap (Andrew) and Laine Dunlap; his daughter Jill L. Fast (Michael) of Van Wert; his grandchildren, Zane and Jace Fast; his daughter Jennifer R. Best (Jeremy) of Convoy; his grandchildren, Ethan and Lillie Best; his great grandchildren, Evan, Hadley, Elliot, Adalyn, Elijah, Aubree, Erica, Nora and Jax; his sister Janet Myers of Venedocia; his nephew Kelly Parks (Valerie); and his niece Penny Clark.
