He was predeceased by : his parents, Bernard Wayne and Goldie Francis (Baumgartner); and his brother Larry Francis. He is survived by : his son Andy Francis (Monica); his sister Nancy Roop (Jeff Kantner); his niece Kathy Stachler (Jeff); and his nephews, Jason Francis (Jessica) and Bruce Francis. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and many "bonus" grandchildren, 3 great nieces, 2 great nephews, 2 great great nieces and 2 great great nephews.
