He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Clark and Naomi Clark (Thatcher); his sister Joan Jones (Howard); his brother-in-law Wayne Springer; and his son-in-law Kevin Fruchey.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Fruchey-Grubaugh (Eric) of Van Wert and Troy R. Clark of Van Wert; his grandchildren, Ebany Hammons (Kyle), Van Wert, Jennifer Fruchey, Emily Fruchey, Jordan Fruchey (Amy), Austin Clark (Leslie), Lucas Clark (Sammi) of Anna, OH, Chase Clark, Trent Grubaugh of Fenton, MI, Todd Grubaugh of Nashville, TN. and Joshua Grubaugh (Meagan); and his siblings, Imogene Dick (Jim) of Chesterfield, MO and Bill Clark (Teresa) of Findlay, OH.. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
