She is survived by: her son Marc L. Mohr (Jill) of Lapel, Indiana.; her grandchildren, Megan Starnes (Tom) of Brownsburg, Indiana, Ashley Foster of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Evan Mohr (Kaitlin) of Georgetown, Kentucky, Isaac Mohr of Pendleton, Indiana, Cade Mohr (Lily) of Pendleton, Indiana, Mark Hicks (Amy) of Chicago, Illinois and Tim Hicks of Fort Wayne, Indiana.; and her great grandchildren, Madden, Macy Starnes, Jaret Starnes (Taylor), Sierra, Samantha Foster, Brooks, Berkley Mohr, Grace Adams and Jerzy Hicks.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Salem Presbyterian Church in Venedocia or to the Van Wert County Fair Association for the Dairy Barn Window Project.
