She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph DeLong and Shirley DeLong (Shimer); her siblings, Glen DeLong, Kelley DeLong, Cathy Westenberger and Judy Nickles; her nephew Allen Nickles; and her niece Eden Hornaday.

She is survived by: her husband Bob Stevens; her children, Jennifer Sneed, Sherie Noble (Alex) and Daniel Agler; her grandchildren, Brooke Noble, Leah Noble (Karl), Aric Noble, Abigail Forwerck, Aubri Noble and Kendyl Forwerck; her siblings, Jeannie Harp, Ronald Hornaday (Beverly), Carol Sharpe, Kenny Hornaday, Ralph DeLong Jr. (Hope), Steve DeLong (Susan) and Tami McCoy; and her friend Patricia Prichard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
