Riley of Buena Vista, VA, Amy T. Lowe (Scott) of Fulton and Mary M. Higgs (Reginald) of Columbia, Maryland; his stepsiblings, Melinda T. Green (James) of Framingham, Wendy L. Thomas of Barboursville, Anita Thomas of North Beach, Maryland and Jamie Thomas of Oxford, Pennsylvania; and his close friend Raymond Hertz of Convoy. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles.
