He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Bolton and Eva Jean Bolton (Davis); and his siblings, Bonnie Bolton and Richard Bolton. He is survived by: his wife Janet Bolton (Good); his children, Jay Bolton (Betty) of Van Wert and Jill Mohr (Marc) of Lapel, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Clay Bolton (Bethany) of Lancaster, Ohio, Damon Bolton (Jacque) of Grand Junction, Colorado, Lauren Powers (Rod) of Fruita, Colorado, Evan Mohr (Kait) of Georgetown, Kentucky, Isaac Mohr and Cade Mohr of Pendleton, Indiana.; his great grandchildren, Hayes Bolton, Luke, Madison Bolton, Aubree Beebe, Natalie Powers, Brooks and Berkley Mohr; and his brother Robert Bolton (Dot) of Van Wert.
