He was predeceased by : his parents, William Cline and Catherine Cline (Haver); and his brothers, William "Bill" Cline and Norman Cline. He is survived by : his wife Sharron Cline; his children, Duane Cline (Paula), Kenneth Cline (Penny) and Rhonda Caryer (Steve); his stepchildren, Lynne Widner (Mark), Russell Olson, Laura Rhoades (Matt) and Gretchen Olson (Tad); and his sister Marcia Pressler (Larry). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made out to First Baptist Church.
