We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2023, at the age of 64, Joe C. Mendoza of Van Wert, Ohio, born in San Antonio, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, George Mendoza and Carlota Mendoza (Cantu); his siblings, Lydia Mendoza, Robert, George Jr., David, Gilbert and Raul Mendoza; his nieces, Lisa, Klarisa, Cristina and Lauri; and his brother-in-law Greg Unterbrink.
He is survived by : his siblings, Celia Thatcher of Van Wert, Mary Unterbrink of Van Wert, Sylvia Salinas (John) of Van Wert, Irene Alvarado (Manuel) of Van Wert, Christine Keck of Van Wert, Frank, Edward Mendoza of San Antonio and Simon Mendoza of Van Wert. He is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews; 44 great nieces and great nephews; as well as 9 great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
