He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Patrick and Leona Patrick (McCarty); his spouse Creaddle Elaine Raines Patrick; and his son Richard Lee Burden. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Maggie McCarty of Van Wert; and his grandchildren, Kacey Snyder of Van Wert, Kathy Schabbing of Rockford and Josh Tangeman of Willshire. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and brothers in law and sisters in law.
