She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynard R. Jacks and Dorothy M. Jacks (DeMoss); and her brother Michael Maynard Jacks. She is survived by: her spouse Burdette A. Bolenbaugh; her sons, Lucas Trinosky (Jen) of Van Wert and Joseph Trinosky (Bonnie) of Franklin, Indiana; her grandchildren, Corrine Kistler, Margaret Kistler, Gavin McKay, Xander McKay, Julia Trinosky, Titus Blackburn, Zach Dillon and Harmony Dillon; her great grandchildren, Eleanor and Vayda Kistler; her stepchildren, Sarah Bolenbaugh-Dillon (Ryan) of Van Wert and Mathew Bolenbaugh (Carly) of Ohio City; her sisters, Carolyn Owens (Tim) of Venedocia and Joyce Donaldson (Mark) of Allen, Texas.; and her friend Church.
