He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frederick, Betty Routt, Carl and Ioma Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Danny R. Routt and Karla Kay Routt (Johnson); his brothers, Jeffery Routt (Lori) of Rockford and Scott Routt (Chrissy) of Cincinnati; his niece Keri (Nick); and his nephews, Nick, Trey (Anna) and Logan Patrick.
A reception will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brickner Funeral Home (419 S Washington St, Van Wert, OH 45891).
The family has asked that donations can be directed at helping to to pay funeral expenses.
