He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph J. Smith and Ormal Smith (Shaw); and his son Dustin Stuckey. He is survived by: his wife Tina; his son Zachary; his grandchildren, Conner, Braylon Smith, Reynah Stuckey, Kaylee, Xavier and Hannah Okuly; and his sisters, Karla Boyce (David) and Sandy DeCamp (Dana). He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home Chapel (722 S Washington St, Van Wert, OH 45891). A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed toward expenses to honor Kevin's memory.
