He is survived by: his children, Bruce Dowler (Ruth) of Convoy and Kathy Dettrow of Van Wert; his stepson Jesse Perez Jr. of Van Wert; his grandchildren, Grace, Sydney, Hayden Dowler, Jordan Dettrow (Rachael), Rachel Williams (Dylan) and Megan Dettrow; and his great grandchildren, Josie Dettrow, Jack Dettrow, Liam Williams, Lexi Williams and Lila Williams.
