We announce the death of Linda S. Anderson (Van Wert, Ohio), who passed away on July 11, 2026, at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, C. C. "Pete" Hammons and Lela G. Hammons (Swartz); and her siblings, Charles Hammons (Chloris), Donald Hammons, Neil Hammons and Lois Christman (Nick).
She is survived by: her husband Bill Anderson of Van Wert; and her children, Kimberly Saylor (Brad) of Van Wert, Shelly Smith (Roger) of Van Wert and Bradley G. Anderson of Payne. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven greatâ€'grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made in Linda's name to Karla's Kupboard Food Pantry at Trinity Friends Church.
