She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Dawson and Virginia Dawson (Thompson). She is survived by: her children, David Hill Jr. (Angela) of Van Wert, Gregory Hill (Betsy) of Pelzer, Angela Pontius of Van Wert, Michael Hill (Krista) of Van Wert and Rachael Hill of Van Wert; her sisters, Karen McIntosh of Convoy and Beth Heath of Van Wert; and her friend Church. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cowan & Son Funeral Home (616 S Washington St, Van Wert, OH 45891). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
